We assure you of free replacement or repairs in case of any manufacturing defect in the performance of the standard products purchased from us within 8 days of receipt of material at your end.

Resolution in various cases is given below:
If the fault is on us (mixed up, faulty on arrival), we’ll of course pay for return shipping.
